Michael Graham is a member of the Scottish Executive Community Planning Implementation Group for 2003 / 2004 in his capacity as Community Councillor for Cambusbarron, Stirling. Democracy:
Michael Graham is an elected member of the Executive Committee of the Stirling Assembly, a body established to facitate participative democracy.  The Assembly has informed the public and facitated debate on a wide range of topics from setting the Community Charge , Planning for a National Park, GATS negotiations, reorganising healthcare services, and improving the criminal justice system.
