Local Services: 

Michael Graham Consultancy has been awarded a national framework contract by the Improvement Service to supply facilitation services for Local Authorities across Scotland. This contract runs until at least August 2012. Michael Graham also is a volunteer supporter of various local groups, charities, and community councils.   

Community Funds: Wind Farms - Green Energy
Michael Graham represented Cambusbarron Community Council in the negotiations for the Earlsburn Windfarm Community Benefit Fund, and in dealing with local responses to pre application studies, planning applications, and community liaison during construction. The community benefit fund will run until 2020's.  Any community organisation serving people in Denny  & District, Carron Valley, or Cambusbarron Community Council areas may be elible for support. Scottish Community Foundation (SCF) was appointed as fund administrator for initial years of operation.  Please see SCF website for further details on how to apply for funds.

Community Planning:
Michael Graham served as a member of the Scottish Executive Community Planning Implementation Group for 2003 / 2004 in his capacity as Community Councillor for Cambusbarron, Stirling. Democracy:
Michael Graham served over seven years 2001-2007 as an elected member and ultimately Chair of the Executive Committee of the Stirling Assembly, a body established to facitate participative democracy.  The Assembly has informed the public and facitated debate on a wide range of topics from setting the Community Charge , Planning for a National Park, GATS negotiations, reorganising healthcare services, and improving the criminal justice system.
